Terms of Service

Participation in our language courses requires formal registration via our educational platform. Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the enrollment process. Eligibility for advanced levels is contingent upon the results of our internal placement assessment or valid proof of prior proficiency.

Each student account is personal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. TOBE JQ Language School reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel enrollments if behavior violates our academic standards.

All program fees are quoted in Mexican Pesos (MXN) unless otherwise specified. Full payment or an authorized installment plan must be confirmed prior to the first day of instruction.

Refund Policy: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Requests made 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 90% refund. Within 14 days, a 50% credit may be applied to future programs. No refunds are issued after the course has commenced.

TOBE JQ Language School provides educational services on an "as is" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy in our cultural immersion programs, we do not guarantee specific secondary outcomes such as employment or external certification passing rates.

We are not liable for any personal property loss during in-person classes or for technical interruptions beyond our control affecting digital portions of the curriculum. The total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific program in question.
